Sudoku – Classic Puzzle Board
Effective date: 16 October 2026 · Replaces the version dated 30 December 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mobicell Infotech LLP ("we", "us", "our"). They cover your use of the mobile game Sudoku – Classic Puzzle Board and its online features, purchases and updates (together, the "App"). By tapping "Agree & Continue", or by downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who can use the App

The App is suitable for players of all ages. If you are under the age of majority where you live (18 in India), a parent or legal guardian must read and agree to these Terms for you, and must approve any purchase. Parents and guardians are responsible for their child's use of the App and for purchases made on their devices or store accounts. Google Play and the App Store offer parental controls and purchase approval for this purpose.

2. Your license to use the App

As long as you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the store you got it from.

You may not:

• copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
• sell, rent, lend or sublicense it;
• remove any copyright or other notices.

3. Your account and progress

• When you first open the App, it creates a guest player account linked to your device, so you can play without signing up.
• You can sign in with Google or Apple to keep your progress if you change or reset your device. If you have not signed in, uninstalling the App, resetting your device or clearing the App's data can permanently lose your progress and items, and we may be unable to restore them.
• Keep your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal. You may not sell, transfer or share an account, or buy one from someone else.
• Some features need an internet connection, including cloud saves, leaderboards, leagues, purchases, ads and daily challenges.

4. Gems and in-game items

The App includes virtual items, such as:

• gems;
• hints and fast pencils;
• themes, frames and other cosmetics;
• streak protection, season rewards and similar items.

Together these are called "Virtual Items". You can earn them by playing, by watching optional rewarded ads, or by buying them.

• Virtual Items are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them in the App. You do not own them, and they are not personal property.
• Virtual Items have no real-money value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, sold, transferred or traded, except where the law requires it.
• Consumable items, such as gems, hints and fast pencils, are used up when you spend or use them.
• We may change how Virtual Items work, including their prices in gems, what they do and how many are available, to keep the game balanced. If we stop offering the App altogether, we will give reasonable notice where the law requires it.
• Virtual Items obtained through errors, bugs, cheating, fraud, chargebacks or refunds may be corrected or removed.

5. Purchases

The App offers optional purchases, such as:

• gem packs;
• item bundles such as the Starter Pack and Welcome Back Pack;
• Remove Ads;
• the Season Pass;
• the Sudoku Plus subscription.

• Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. The price, including any taxes, is shown by the store before you confirm. Prices and offers may change, and may vary by country.
• After the store confirms your payment, our server checks each purchase with Google Play or Apple, then delivers it. If a payment is pending, the item arrives when the payment completes. If something you bought does not arrive, restart the App while online, then contact us with your order ID.
• Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. It permanently removes banner and full-screen ads from the account it was bought on. Optional rewarded videos may stay available if you choose to watch them.
• Some offers can be bought only once, or only once per season, and are hidden after purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies. Except as required by law or store policy, purchases are final. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or charged back, we may remove the Virtual Items or benefits it gave you.
• To keep Remove Ads, Premium or Sudoku Plus on a new device, sign in to the App with the same Google or Apple account you used before. If anything is missing, contact us with your order ID.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

6. Sudoku Plus subscription

• Sudoku Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly or yearly. While it is active, it gives the benefits described in the store at the time you subscribe, such as no banner or full-screen ads, unlimited hints and fast pencils, and access to Plus-only content.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial: the yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Eligibility is decided by the store. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you are charged the yearly price when it ends.
• Cancelling: cancel in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Plus stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Price changes: the store tells you about any price increase before it applies, and asks for your agreement where required.
• Plus benefits end when the subscription expires. Virtual Items you earned or used while subscribed are not affected.

7. Season Pass and seasonal content

Seasons, leagues, daily challenges, events and their rewards run for limited periods. A Season Pass unlocks the premium reward track for the season in which it was bought only, and it ends with that season. Rewards from a season may need to be claimed before the season ends. We may change the length, rules and rewards of future seasons and events.

8. Ads

The free version of the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob:

• a banner on the puzzle screen;
• full-screen ads between puzzles;
• optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch.

Ads are requested as suitable for general audiences. We do not control the content of individual ads, or of the websites or apps they link to, and we are not responsible for them. Rewards for watching an ad depend on the ad being available and finished. If no ad is available, no reward is given.

9. Leaderboards, leagues and fair play

• Leaderboards and leagues show your display name, avatar, scores and rank to other players. See the Privacy Policy.
• Scores must come from your own normal play. Using cheats, bots, automation, modified or hacked versions of the App, exploits, or manipulation of your device's clock or network to get scores, items or rewards is not allowed.
• We may review, correct, hide or remove scores, ranks, rewards or display names that we reasonably believe break these rules or are offensive. We may also reset leaderboards or seasons for technical or fairness reasons.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App in a way that breaks any law or anyone else's rights;
• interfere with, overload or try to get unauthorized access to the App, its servers or other players' accounts;
• tamper with purchase verification, or exploit bugs for gain. Please report bugs to us instead;
• use the App or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• pretend to be us or anyone else.

11. Notifications

With your permission, the App may send reminders and news. You can turn notifications off in the App's settings or in your device settings at any time.

12. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services, including:

• Google Play;
• the Apple App Store;
• Google and Apple sign-in;
• Google AdMob;
• Firebase;
• PlayFab;
• OneSignal;
• Meta.

Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

13. Intellectual property

The App and everything in it belong to Mobicell Infotech LLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes its code, puzzles, design, graphics, themes, sounds, text and trademarks. Except for the license in section 2, these Terms give you no rights to them. Third-party components are used under their own licenses.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.

14. Changes to the App

We regularly update the App. We may add, change or remove features, content, modes, rewards or prices. Some updates may be required to keep using the App or its online features. We may also stop offering the App or its online features. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice in the App before turning off online features that affect active subscriptions or purchased items.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for what this removes.

We may suspend or end your access to the App or its online features if:

• you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms;
• you commit fraud or chargeback abuse;
• the law requires us to.

Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first. When access ends, your license and any unused Virtual Items end with it, except where the law requires otherwise. Sections 4, 13, 16, 17, 18 and 21 continue to apply after termination.

16. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular, we do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device, or that progress or data will never be lost. Some countries do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mobicell Infotech LLP and its partners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. They are also not liable for any loss of data, progress, Virtual Items, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the App or your inability to use it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of:

• the amount you paid us for purchases in the App during the 12 months before the claim; or
• INR 1,000 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Subject to the next sentence, the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

19. Additional terms for Apple devices

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

1. These Terms are between you and Mobicell Infotech LLP only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content.
2. Your license is limited to using the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
3. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
4. If the App fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
5. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to the App. This includes product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
6. We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes that party's intellectual property rights.
7. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or the law changes. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the App before it takes effect. If you keep using the App after the change, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and cancel any subscription.

21. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any rules shown in the App for specific offers or events, are the whole agreement between you and us about the App. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
